Numbers look stale? Open Settings and run a sync. Stock levels also update live through Shopify webhooks.
Suggestions seem too high or too low? Adjust “days of cover” and each supplier's lead time, or set a minimum/target per product under Ordering rules.
Sales history missing? Backroom needs order access to measure velocity. If the app was installed before order access was approved, reinstall it from your admin.
Camera scanning doesn't start? Allow camera access when the browser asks. On iPhone, use Safari. A Bluetooth or USB scanner works in any browser.
